Signers Becoming a signer

Becoming a Signer means that your business is committed to diversity and to engaging in business practices that foster diversity (see our pledge). Part of that commitment means that you will actively participate in the Benchmark project, submitting data on your progress. This data is requested every couple of years.

How the CC helps its signers:

CC helps Signers analyze their progress through the benchmarks initiative, connects them to other employers, as well as to resources that will help them work on areas for further development.

CC also helps Signers connect to the Talent they are seeking to fill key professional roles.
